Faith + Forest Summer Camp Day

Yay! We are thrilled you will be joining us for our Faith and Forest Camp Day!! We will be offering camp days for two different age groups (ages 3-5 and ages 6-10).

Ages 3-5

Bug Buddies

Date: Monday, June 8th, 2026, 9AM -Noon

Location: Paris Mountain, Sulpher Springs

Cost: $35

*Through literature, poems, and observations, children will learn that bugs and pollinators are living creatures, perfectly created by God to help nature.

*We will craft bugs from nature items, have a bug hunt adventure, and focus on sensory observation with movement games.

*You have the option to drop-off or stay.

Ages 3-5

Woodland Animals

Date: Monday, July 13th, 2026, 9AM -Noon

Location: Paris Mountain, Sulpher Springs

Cost: $35

*Through literature, crafting, nature exploration and hands-on detective work, children will learn how to identify woodland animals. Specifically, we will notice the following signs of animals in the forest:

-tracks, homes and sounds, scat, and food clues

*You have the option to drop-off or stay.

Ages 6-10

Wild Medicine

Date: Monday, June 15th, 2026, 9AM -Noon

Location: Paris Mountain, Sulpher Springs

Cost: $40

*Step into the forest to discover the healing gifts God placed in nature!

Activities Include:

-Learning to identify useful wild plants

-Practicing safe and respectful foraging

-Making herbal sun tea

-Creating healing salve from wild plants

*Children will take home a small sample of healing salve they will make at camp!

Ages 6-10

Water Wonders

Date: Monday, July 27th, 2026, 9AM -Noon

Location: Paris Mountain, Sulpher Springs

Cost: $35

Children will:

-Learn to identify common freshwater organisms and microorganisms

-Gain understanding of what macroinvertebrates are and why they are important indicators of water health

-Observe and investigate organisms living under rocks and along creek edges

-Practice safe and respectful techniques for exploring

-Learn the importance of clean water and healthy ecosystems

Children should come in their bathing suits and bring a chance of clothes that can get wet. Creek shoes would be welcomed but not required.
